Registration fee includes
Admission to the scientific sessions, detailed programme booklet and other publications, all lunches and coffee breaks, Gala Dinner on the 23rd. In addition you are offered free admission to the pre-congress Innovative Solutions for the Challenges of Future Health Care on Monday the 22nd

Cancellations before September 1st: Full refund of registration fee minus 800 kr cancellation fee
Cancellations after September 1st:  No refunds of registration fee.

Pre-congress participation
The pre-congress Innovative Solutions for the Challenges of Future Health Care will take place in the same venue as the NOCOGO Congress, and will be held on the 22nd of October from 12.20 – 16.30. / 12.20 Pm to 4.30 PM.
Participation in the pre-congress is free for all NOCOGO participants, but registration is mandatory. Please indicate in your NOCOGO registration that you wish to participate in the pre-congress.

Terms of registration and payment
Registration must be done by the corresponding deadlines (early or late rate), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

Payment for foreign participants can be made by credit card or invoicing via e-mail. Participants from Danish institutions also have the option of payment via the EAN number of the organization/department.

Arrival and registration
Registration for NOCOGO will take place at the registratio desk in the LEGOLAND Conference Centre. Please note that this is a separate entrance from that of the Hotel LEGOLAND.
Registration will take place on Monday the 22nd of October from 17.00 – 19.00 before the official opening of the congress. For those arriving on Tuesday the 23rd, please make sure to arrive early enough to register before the beginning of the scientific programme at 8.00. Registration will be possible from 7.00.

The official language of NOCOGO is English. Both plenary and parallel sessions and following discussions will be in English. No translations will be provided.

Abstract and Poster presentations
As part of the programme on Wednesday the 24th of October, a session is left open for presentations of abstracts and posters submitted. The chosen abstracts/posters will be notified directly and will be announced at the congress.

Each participant will receive a name badge upon registration. Please wear the name badge throughout the congress and
social events as this is ensures your admission to NOCOGO activities.

Technical Equipment for Speakers
All rooms at the congress venue are equipped with a projector, power point software and audio equipment. You are welcome to bring your own laptop.

Official Invitation
An official letter of invitation can be provided to any participant upon request. Please note that the invitation implies no obligation, financial or otherwise, by NOCOGO.

The registration fee includes lunch on Tuesday the 23rd, Gala Dinner in the evening on the 23rd and sandwiches for lunch on Wednesday the 24th.
A reception and dinner on Monday evening is available for an additional fee.

Letter of invitation for VISA Applications
If you require an invitation letter please contact the Organizing Committee of NOCOGO. Visa applications are not the responsibility of the NOCOGO Organizers, but letters of invitation will be provided if needed.

Please ensure that you submit your application to the appropriate Embassy in good time. Letters of invitation will not be issued after 31 August 2012.

Please make sure you have the appropriate personal insurance coverage during you stay in Denmark. NOCOGO will not be liable for personal injury or loss/damage to property/belongings during the congress or your stay in Denmark.
